PDS Medical Group starting a PCP office near their dental office was ultra convenient. The unexpected surprise was Dr. Thai. She is AMAZING. She will actually have a conversation with you. Such an amazing office! Antonio and Dr.Thai definitely make it feel like home! Super fast paced but they also made sure to listen to my needs/wants and made a plan, explained everything and made sure I felt comfortable before leaving! I finally found an office that’s 10/10 all around!

Our providers offer Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, and our healthcare coordinator can help arrange any additional services or follow-up care you may need.

Yes, we offer blood draws and basic lab services right in our office for your convenience. Results are available in your MyChart patient portal so you can stay informed. Availability may vary by day, so please check with the office to confirm when blood draw services are offered.

Annual Wellness Visit – Our wellness visit goes beyond the annual physical. We provide extensive preventive screenings and lab work based on your needs. For Medicare patients, we offer the Medicare Wellness Check. Your provider will create a personalized care plan.

Not Feeling Well? – Get care now by booking a same- or next-day visit for sudden symptoms like a sore throat or fever.

Have a Concern? – Book a care visit dedicated to discussing your specific health concern or issue with your provider—whether it’s a rash, prescription refill, or any other health question you want addressed.
